Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened items are eligible for a return — items do not need to be in their original packaging to qualify. To start a return, simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
• Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer
• Gift cards
• VIP membership fees for any billing period that has already been charged

Free Returns

Standard returns within the eligibility window are free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
